Welcome

The Peninsula College Georgetown's Logistics, Business and Technology Conference 2026 (LBTC2026) brings together researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to explore emerging challenges and innovations across disciplines.

We welcome contributions from academia and industry including full papers. Proceedings will be shared with participants. Selected papers may be considered for journal submission.

Publication Opportunities

All presented papers will be included in the conference e-proceedings subject to satisfactory revision based on reviewer feedback.

Selected papers will be published in the Journal of Logistics, Business and Technology (JLBT)

Quick Guidelines

Step 1: Paper Submission

• Title: up to 30 words
• Full Paper: Maximum 6 pages
• Keywords: 3–5 keywords
• Author details with affiliations and emails
• Submit via Google Forms by 23 May 2026.

Step 2: Paper Presentation

• Presenters are given 10 minutes to present with 5 minutes of Q&A
• Conference Date: 27 June 2026

Step 3: Paper Resubmission

• Revise according to reviewers' feedback and resubmit by 10 July 2026

Talk: “The Logistics Professional in The Age of AI: From Faster Execution to Smarter Judgement”

Short bio:

Dr. Jim Choo is a learning architect, scholar, non-fiction author, and co-founder of Edney Learn. His work focuses on transformative learning, self-directed education, adult capability development, and the design of practical learning systems for professionals and organizations. With an interdisciplinary background spanning engineering, technology management, curriculum and pedagogy innovation, project and programme management, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Choo brings both academic depth and practical workplace insight to his sessions. He is especially interested in how professionals can use emerging technologies such as AI not merely for productivity, but for deeper learning, better judgment, and long-term capability growth. Through his writing, speaking, and advisory work, he advocates for learning systems that help individuals become more reflective, adaptive, and future-ready in an increasingly complex world of work.
